Compliance review and retention

Trajexis completed the YouTube API Services compliance review for its submitted Analytics & Reporting use case on 5 October 2026.

Eligible statistical API Data may be retained for up to 36 calendar months in accordance with the applicable YouTube API Services policies. Ordinary metadata remains subject to 30-day refresh or deletion. Mixed raw HTTP responses retain a conservative 30-day limit. Historical statistics are contextualized by date; current metadata must be appropriately fresh.

Trajexis may develop eligible independent analytics under its reviewed use case. Policy permission is separate from scientific validation. CreatorScore has not been scientifically validated. The real-data research adapter remains DISABLED; the research engine remains synthetic-only. No real Gate 1 has been run.

Trajexis-generated scores and analytics are independently calculated by Trajexis and are not metrics provided or endorsed by YouTube.

Current collection

The operational pilot contains 500 creators, using the official YouTube Data API. Healthy daily collection uses 10 requests in batches of up to 50. Hidden subscriber counts remain unknown and reported rounding is preserved. No interpolation, scraping, OAuth or writes. No individual creator data is displayed here.
